Our aim is to enable as many Rotherham people as possible to the access advice and information they need, when and how they want to.
To help achieve this we provide our advice and information via a range of different channels, meaning you can always access advice and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Monday: 9am – 5pm
Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 5pm
Internet and web-chat
You can find information 24/7 from the Citizens Advice website.
You can get advice from an adviser via the Citizens Advice Web Chat service, this is answered Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and availability will depend on the demand at any given time.
