To help achieve this we provide our advice and information via a range of different channels, meaning you can always access advice and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Internet and Web Chat

You can find information 24/7 from the Citizens Advice website. You can get advice from an adviser via the Citizens Advice Web Chat service, this is answered Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and availability will depend on the demand at any given time.

Generalist Outreach

As well as providing advice and information from our town centre office, Citizens Advice Rotherham also runs a number of outreach sessions across Rotherham & District. If you cannot get in to Rotherham town centre why not drop in to one of our outreach venues and ask a local staff member about how to book an appointment at their office with one of our team.

Debt Advice

As well as providing debt advice via a drop-in service from our town centre office, we also run a number of outreach services. These are listed below and can be booked by visiting the outreach and asking local staff to book you an appointment with one of our debt team.
